For hosts
The journey of a payout: from card to Thai bank account.
'Payment successful' and 'money in the bank' are different events, sometimes days apart. What happens in between, step by step.

A guest taps pay and sees a success screen. The host checks their banking app and sees nothing. Neither of them is wrong - they are looking at two different events in a chain that takes one to two business days to complete.
The chain, honestly labelled
- Authorised - the guest's bank approved the charge. Money is reserved, not moved.
- Captured - the charge is final on the guest's card. This is the 'payment successful' moment.
- Settled - the card networks have moved the funds to the payment platform. Usually the next business day.
- Paid out - the platform has transferred the host's amount to their Thai bank account. This is the only step that puts baht in the account.
Why honest systems keep the statuses separate
A system that collapses this chain into one word will eventually lie to someone: a 'paid' that isn't in the bank yet, or a payout failure silently hiding behind an old success screen. Keeping payment and payout as separate, visible statuses means both sides always know exactly where the money is.
On Paydeck the guest sees 'payment confirmed' and then 'receiver payout pending'; the host sees 'payout in 1–2 business days' and then the completed payout. The same truth, both sides, the whole way.
Payment successful never means bank payout. A trustworthy system says so instead of hoping you won't notice.
