Living in Thailand
Your first week in Thailand, without the admin scramble.
A calm order for the practical jobs that make everything else easier: your address, phone, transport, home records and first local routines.
Trust and safety
The protections are structural - built into how every payment works, not bolted on afterwards.
Verified receivers
Before a host can receive a single baht, they prove their identity with a live selfie check and add a Thai bank account in their own name. There is no way to pay around this - the system will not create a payment to an unverified receiver.
September rent
In progressYour host sees this same status, labelled in Thai.
No bank details in your hands
Your host enters their own bank account inside their own secure verification flow. You can't see it, you can't type it, and no one can trick you into 'correcting' it - the classic changed-bank-account scam has nothing to grab.
Stay documents
See all · 9Every receipt is identical on your host’s phone.
Real obligations
Payments settle amounts your host confirmed for your specific stay - never open amounts to bare account numbers. A payment that shouldn't exist fails before the money moves, not after.

When something goes wrong
Every payment has a receipt, a purpose and a status both sides can see. Refunds return to the card that paid. If a dispute is ever needed, the evidence - lease, confirmed amount, verified receiver - already exists.
Confirm payment
Your receiver gets exactly ฿45,000. The fee is ours, shown before you commit.
Secured by your bank’s verification · receipt for both sides
No balances, no wallet. Payments move; they don't park.
What we never do
Four promises, written to be checked against.
Only verified receivers, only confirmed amounts.
Anyone asking for card details in chat is not us. Report and block.
No fee, charge or change you didn't see on screen first.

Your stay and home
A deposit is the largest early commitment of many stays. Slow the moment down, verify the home and keep a record built for move-out day.
