Nobody unverified can be paid. Ever.
Before a host can receive a single baht, they prove their identity with a live selfie check and add a Thai bank account in their own name. There is no way to pay around this - the system will not create a payment to an unverified receiver.

You never handle your host's bank details.
Your host enters their own bank account inside their own secure verification flow. You can't see it, you can't type it, and no one can trick you into 'correcting' it - the classic changed-bank-account scam has nothing to grab.
