Security and protection
How we protect your money.
Not a list of promises. A list of things the system will not let happen.
No unverified receiver
Money cannot reach anyone who has not proved their identity and their own Thai bank account.
Four hard limits
What cannot happen, by design.
Each of these is enforced in the payment flow, not left to good intentions.
No open amounts
Every payment settles an amount your receiver confirmed for your specific stay.
No balances
Paydeck never holds your money. There is nothing sitting in an account to lose.
No surprise totals
The exact baht total is on screen before you confirm. Never after.
Your card details
We never see your card number.
Card details go straight to our certified payment partner and are handled inside their systems. Your full card number and security code never touch Paydeck's servers and are never stored by us. When you pay again, you are using a token, not a copy of your card sitting in our database.

Your host's bank details
You could not enter them if you tried.
There is no field anywhere in Paydeck for a receiver's bank account. Your host adds it themselves inside our payment partner's own verification flow. A message asking you to use a different bank account cannot change the verified payout details, because those details were never yours to enter.

Both sides hold the same receipt.
Every payment produces a receipt naming the property, the period and the purpose, identical on your phone and your host's. Disputes about what was paid, and for what, mostly die at that point. The evidence already exists and neither side wrote it alone.

Every receipt is identical on your host’s phone.
Paydeck staff will never ask for your password, your full card number or a verification code. Anyone who does is not Paydeck.

Pay inside the app, never by a link someone sent you
We will never email or message you a payment link. If a message asks you to pay somewhere else, it is not us.
Check the total before you confirm, every time
The payment, the service fee and the total are three separate lines. If the total is not what you expected, stop.
Keep your device locked and your app updated
Biometric unlock plus a current app version closes most of what remains. If your phone goes missing, tell us the same day.
