Security and protection

Lost your phone? Start here.

Tell us today, and we will lock your account to new devices while you sort the rest out.

Do these now

Four steps, in this order.

01

Tell us

Email help@paydeck.th from any address you can reach, with the phone number or email on your Paydeck account. We will suspend sign-in on new devices straight away.

02

Lock the device itself

Use Find My iPhone or Find Hub to lock and erase it remotely. That is faster and more complete than anything we can do from our side.

03

Tell your mobile provider

Ask them to block the SIM. It stops anyone receiving the codes we send to your number.

04

Sign in on your new device

Once you have a phone and your number back, sign in as normal. We will re-verify it is you before your account reopens.

If money was moved that you did not authorise, say so in the same email. Do not wait until you have the full picture.

What is not at risk

Some reassurance, while you deal with it.

There is nothing stored to drain

Paydeck never holds your money. Losing the phone is not losing funds.

Your card is not stored on the device

Card details live with our payment partner, behind their own authentication.

Payments still need your bank

A new payment can still be challenged by your bank's own verification, which the thief cannot pass.

What we do once you tell us.

Sign-in suspended

Immediately

No new device can sign in to your account.

Scheduled payments paused

Same day

Any recurring rent is held so nothing runs while your account is in doubt. Your host is told it is a hold, not a failure.

Account reopened

When you are ready

You verify your identity again on the new device, and everything resumes where it was.

We will never ring you and ask for a code, a password or your card number, not even after you report a device lost. That call is the scam that follows the theft.

Tell us and we will hold everything.
