Individual owners
For an individual.
Have these in hand before you start, and you'll finish in one pass.
Your 13-digit Thai national ID number

Printed on the front of your ID card.
The laser code on the back of your ID card
เลเซอร์ไอดี (เลขหลังบัตร)
The letter-and-number code laser-etched on the back - for example JT0-1234567-89. If the card is worn and unreadable, renew the card first; a guessed code fails verification.

Your house registration address
ที่อยู่ตามทะเบียนบ้าน
The address in your ทะเบียนบ้าน - often not where you live now, and not the condo you rent out. Use the registered one.
Your name in Thai script, exactly as on your ID
ชื่อภาษาไทยตามบัตร
Type it in Thai, not romanised. A romanised spelling will not match your card and stalls verification.
A live selfie check

A Thai bank account in your own name

Everyone with an ownership stake must be listed with their identity details, including Thai ID number and laser code. This is a standard requirement for receiving payments, applied to every company.
