Terms of service.

Paydeck is a platform for paying verified Thailand expenses - accommodation, deposits, bills, tuition and services - by card, and for managing the documents and records of a stay in Thailand.

Paydeck is not a bank, a wallet, a deposit-taking institution, a remittance service or a peer-to-peer transfer service. Paydeck does not hold balances for you and does not allow payments to unverified recipients.

Every payment is made against an amount confirmed by the receiver. The full total - the payment amount and the Paydeck service fee - is shown to you before you confirm. Once confirmed, the receiver is paid the confirmed amount in full.

The service fee depends on the card used and is calculated when your card is presented. Changing the card changes the quote.

You must verify your identity before making payments. Receivers must verify their identity and bank account before receiving payments. Paydeck may decline, pause or reverse payments where verification, risk or legal requirements are not met.

Refunds are returned to the card that made the payment. If a payment is disputed, Paydeck will handle the dispute with the card networks and may request supporting documents from either party.
