Why we ask before you apply
Payments in Thailand can currently reach Thai bank accounts held by a Thai national or a Thai-registered company, verified in that same name. These are requirements of Thai payment rules and our payment partner - not choices Paydeck can waive case by case.
We would rather tell you in two minutes than after you've gathered documents. If you're not eligible today, we'll tell you exactly why, what would change it, and the route that works now: a Thai property manager or juristic person receiving on your behalf.
