Your stay and home
Paying a Thai rental deposit before you land.
A deposit is the largest early commitment of many stays. Slow the moment down, verify the home and keep a record built for move-out day.

Paying before arrival asks you to commit when you know the least. The useful response is not panic or blind trust. It is a short verification routine that connects the person, property, lease and payment before anything moves.
Confirm the stay, not only the account
Make sure the property, unit, dates, rent, deposit and return conditions agree across the listing, lease and conversation. Confirm who owns or manages the home and why that person or company is receiving the deposit.
- A complete property address and unit number.
- The legal name of the owner or authorised manager.
- A lease or booking document naming the same stay.
- A written explanation of when and how the deposit returns.
Create the move-out record now
The receipt should call the money a deposit and name the property and stay. Keep it with the lease and your move-in condition photos. A generic transfer receipt proves that money moved, but not what both sides agreed it meant.
How Paydeck helps
Paydeck connects the deposit to a specific stay and a verified host. Both sides keep the same receipt beside the lease, so the record you need at move-out already exists on move-in day.
A good deposit record is written for the day you ask for the money back.
