What changes for you
No more short transfers and mystery fees.
International transfers arrive late and light, with fees taken along the way. On Paydeck, your tenant pays by card, the service fee is theirs and is shown to them, and the amount you confirmed is the amount you receive. ฿30,000 is ฿30,000.
You stay in control
Nothing is payable until you confirm it.
Your tenant's rent amount reaches you as a request. You confirm the amount and the stay - then, and only then, can they pay. No one can pay you the wrong amount, and no one can claim they already did: the record is on both phones.

Verify once. Keep it forever.
Your verification belongs to you, not to a tenancy. Tenants change; your verified status doesn't. The next foreign tenant pays you the same day they move in.

What you need
Four things, once.
Thai national ID

House registration address

The address on your house registration - not necessarily where you live now.

How it goes
Three steps, then rent day is easy
The first time takes a few minutes. After that you only confirm the amount.
You join and verify
Your ID, your face and your bank account. You do this once, by yourself.
You confirm the rent
Type the amount and the month. Your guest gets the request in the app.
The money arrives
Your guest pays by card. The full rent goes into your Thai bank account.
Landlord questions.
Nothing. The service fee is paid by your guest and shown to them before they confirm. If your rent is ฿30,000, you receive ฿30,000.
