Rent day should be a routine part of your stay, not a fresh negotiation every month. A useful checklist keeps the payment connected to the home and record it belongs to.
The five checks
- The stay: the correct property, unit and rental period.
- The amount: rent separated from variable bills or repairs.
- The host: the same verified owner or authorised manager connected to your stay.
- The timing: enough time for the payment and payout process before the due date.
- The record: a receipt naming the month, home and purpose, kept by both sides.
Keep variable costs separate
Electricity, water, internet or maintenance can change from month to month. Ask for each amount to be identified rather than folded into one unexplained total. Clear lines are easier to check now and easier to understand later.
Make the routine structural
Paydeck keeps the stay, confirmed amount, verified host and shared receipt connected. The checklist becomes part of the system instead of another thing you have to remember on the first of every month.
Keep your life in Thailand together.
