How Paydeck works
Payment confirmed and money received are different moments.
A guest can complete a card payment before the host sees baht in their bank. Paydeck keeps both stages visible so nobody has to guess.

When a guest confirms a card payment, their part can be complete before the host's bank account changes. The remaining step is the payout to the host. Treating both events as one status creates unnecessary confusion.
What each status means
- Payment confirmed: the guest's card payment completed for the approved total.
- Payout pending: the host's confirmed amount is moving through the payment process.
- Paid out: the payout to the host's Thai bank account completed.
Both sides see the same journey
The guest can see that the payment succeeded without claiming the host already has the money. The host can see the expected payout status without asking the guest to send a screenshot. Clear labels carry the conversation for both sides.
Timing should be stated, not implied
Paydeck shows the current status and the applicable expected timing in the app. Weekends, holidays, reviews or bank processing can affect when a payout arrives, so the live status is more useful than a promise based on the first screen.
